Pero lo más importante es que revelo el espíritu resiliente que me permitió superar estos desafíos y forjar un camino hacia la sanación y el crecimiento.
Mi historia es una de determinación inquebrantable y la búsqueda incesante de una vida mejor. A través de pura resiliencia, superé los momentos más oscuros y emergí más fuerte, con el conocimiento y las herramientas para implementar un cambio profundo.
En "Awaken Despertar", encontrarás no sólo mi narrativa personal sino también una exploración integral del trauma y sus profundos efectos en la psique humana.
